How do I install DropMap?
DropMap is on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. Download it free and start labeling your first site in minutes.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. DropMap has a dedicated landscape layout for iPad, with the same account and sites as on iPhone.
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully. Label ports, map sites, and export documentation with no signal at all. Your changes upload the next time you're online.
Can I share a site with a client?
Yes. Each rack gets a QR label that opens a web page with that rack's elevation, panels and port schedule, no app or login needed for whoever scans it. You can also hand over a PDF or Excel as-built. Pro puts your company, phone and license on the reports and that rack page.
Which label printers does DropMap work with?
DropMap connects directly to the Brady M211 and the MakeID P31S over Bluetooth, so you can print labels from your iPhone or iPad without another app. The label IDs come from the ports you labeled, so there's nothing to retype.
Can I mark up floor plans?
Yes, with Pro. Import a floor plan, then place drops, racks, devices and cameras on it. The marked-up plan goes into your as-built, so the client sees where each drop landed.
What does DropMap cost?
Free covers one site with PDF and Excel as-builts, QR rack labels, and printing labels straight to your Brady or MakeID.
Pro is $14.99/month or $149.99/year for unlimited sites, floor plan markup, and your logo and contact info on as-builts. Billing runs through the App Store.
Is my data backed up?
